- One-time processing: if a feature requires processing an image or text, we aim to process only for the requested purpose and delete transient processing data promptly after completion.
- Not for training/marketing: your photos and related content are not used to train advertising models or marketing profiling without your consent.
4) Optional AI-Assisted Features (If Offered)
Some features may offer AI-assisted experiences (for example, generating text suggestions or analyzing a photo to produce user-requested results). If you choose to use such features:
- Processing location: image/text submitted for AI processing is processed on our own servers solely to provide the requested output.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share AI inputs with any third party for processing or other purposes.
- Deletion: we delete AI processing inputs and transient outputs promptly after processing is complete, except where you choose to save the result in the App.
- Your control: you control whether to upload and whether to generate and save results.
5) How We Share Information
We may share information only as necessary and only to the minimum extent required:
- With your consent.
- Service providers (processors) under confidentiality and security obligations.
- Legal and safety compliance and protection of rights and security.
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale).
Cross-border transfers: your information may be processed in other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
6) Data Security
