You are responsible for your User Content and must have all rights needed to upload and share it.
4) Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or obscene activity or content.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Unauthorized access, interference, malware, phishing, spam, or abuse.
- Scraping/crawling/automation without our written permission.
- Impersonation, manipulation of reviews, or misrepresentation.

6) App Store Requirements
If you download or use the App from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ThirsiBite, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support; Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for certain warranty issues; Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App; and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
7) Intellectual Property
The Services (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to ThirsiBite and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8) Feedback
If you submit feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
9) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose risk, or where required by law.
10) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThirsiBite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as described in the Terms text version.
12) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of ThirsiBite Team’s primary place of business (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, with limited exceptions for injunctive/equitable relief related to intellectual property rights.
